Best Care Emergency Medical Service was activated to a patient with chest pains and weakness in Sinoville. On arrival the ambulance crew identified abnormalities on the patient's electrocardiogram (ECG). The crew activated the Advanced Life Support and Cardiac Unit driven by Chery Centurion.

The Paramedic on the Cardiac Unit did a comprehensive assessment using the technology on its vehicle made available by its various partners. With the patient's history of an Aortic Aneurysm, one partner stands out, Zebra Medical. The availability of the Butterfly Network, Inc IQ3 Ultrasound enabled the Paramedic to do a quality bedside cardiac scan and an in-depth assessment.

The patient was treated on scene and stabilised prior transport. We wish the patient a speedy recovery and extend our gratitude to our team for their professionalism and care.
