I am a space holder & feminine guide.

I facilitate Women’s Circles, soulful yoga, and womb healing practices for you to come home to your body, heart, and spirit. I am a Body–Mind Specialist with training in Exercise Science, Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness Coaching, Menopause Coaching and women’s pelvic wellbeing. After being diagnosed with osteoarthritis and spinal conditions, I turned my personal healing journey into my life’s work — empowering others through mindful movement, pelvic strengthening, menopause transitions and womb-centred healing practices. Combining the core strength of Pilates with the restorative flow of Yoga, I guide my clients toward improved mobility, reduced pain, and deeper self-awareness. I teach online Yoga and Pilates classes that nurture balance, strength, and holistic wellbeing. Through Womb Wisdom, I integrate the core stability of Pilates, the restorative flow of Yoga, and breath-led pelvic and nervous system support. My approach honours the physical body while also addressing emotional regulation, feminine embodiment, and deeper body awareness. I offer online and in-person sessions that support mobility, strength, pelvic health, and holistic wellbeing. My work is grounded, practical, and accessible — helping women build sustainable strength, reduce pain, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate greater self-awareness through movement and womb wisdom. People often ask what connects all the different things I teach. What connects Yoga, Menopause Coaching, Pelvic Strengthening and Women’s Circles?

Short answer: The Body 🌟

Longer answer: The body has been quietly trying to get our attention for years, and we’ve been very good at ignoring it. It’s time to listen.

Tired? Snappy? Foggy? No energy?
These are not personal failures. This is information.

WOMB WISDOM is about learning to listen to the body’s signals. To learn not to push through or tell yourself “to just get on with it”.

It starts with paying attention to the body before things escalate and we are “forced” to listen.

WOMB WISDOM is about less drama. And more awareness 💜

What the WOMB WISDOM space is (and isn’t). A quick orientation, just so we’re on the same page 🌟

Womb Wisdom is grounded, body-based support (Pelvic Strengthening). It is having honest conversations about menopause and midlife (Menopause Coaching). It is about movement, reflection and receiving mindful tools to practice when home (Sacred Feminine Yoga) It is about a space where women don’t have to explain themselves (Women’s Circles).

Womb Wisdom is not fluffy advice or rushing to “fix” you or pretending midlife is easy. It is not about judgement, pressure or comparison.

You don’t need to come prepared. You don’t need to know what it is that you need from the sessions. You don’t need to have the answers.

You just need to be willing to listen to your body.
Even when it is acting strange and confusing and curious 🙃

Why WOMB WISDOM 🤷🏼‍♀️
Let me explain the name before anyone quietly unfollows 😄

When I talk about the womb or womb space, I’m not only talking about a physical organ.
I’m talking about the centre of the body where intuition, hormones, creativity, emotion and resilience all seem to have meetings without telling us first.

This is especially true in perimenopause and menopause when the body starts changing the rules and no one hands you the new manual.

Womb Wisdom is about understanding what’s happening in your body, learning to listen instead of panic and being supported through change. Without judgement or drama.

And yes, we laugh too 😂
And sometimes, we dance 💃🏼

Big news ~ I’ve renamed my work 😃

Mindful Moments has been a beautiful chapter but somewhere between menopause studies, women’s circles, and very honest conversations about bodies and hormones, it became clear that the name no longer quite fit.

So here we are ~ Womb Wisdom 🤩

Before you ask:
No, you don’t need to be pregnant
No, we don’t chant all day
Yes, we do talk about menopause, bodies, boundaries, and real life

Same work.
Better name.
