"Mental" Health...youâve got to breathe for it, ground for it, eat for it, physically release for it, exercise for it, learn to feel your feelings for it, work processes for it: it's a demanding creature within you, but when you really work and engage with it-and master it-the results can be spectacular.
Whether you have anything from anxiety, depression, to anger or panic issues; to focus issues, or even ADHD, and Bipolar 1 and 2, this course is for you (and your family if youâd like them to join you.)
This seven-class course is complimentary to your therapy and even your medication; and if you're not diagnosed with anything, but FEEL anxious, depressed, angry, scattered, unfocussed or have mood swings, come and join the introductory talk anyway! You'll get a lot of insight as to how you can help yourself through your issue.
Taken as a course, or one-off chosen classes, youâll gain a lot about how to manage a mental health issue practically: and so importantly, self-intervene when necessary.
Family and friends can also learn how to really support you.
You can be anonymous, you can have people watching with you, you can be part of a support group -it's safe and easy.
If you canât make the introductory talk, it will be recorded and the link sent to you on email if requested.
Don't miss a chance to learn to self-stabilise and self-intervene when necessary... đ
