We have another yoga instructor - Hollie of ! Hollie teaches at every Thursday morning at 8h30! Hollie has particular interests and qualifications in pre and post partum yoga, as well as kiddie yoga! As a mom of twins and a singleton (3 under 3 years), Hollie really gets us mommies and our need to stretch, relax and recenter (while working on our core strength post pregnancies).

Remember that Dr Kim of comes to every Wednesday afternoon to treat baby’s spine!

Dr Kim also offers FREE spinal assessments on the babies to determine if there are any alignment issues which could be contributing to feeding issues, poor sleep, discomfort, colic and reflux! If the assessment indicates that chiropractic treatment is required, Dr Kim will talk you through a treatment plan.

Appointments are essential (for both the free spinal screening and/or treatments), so book now! 🤍

This meant to post yesterday, but !! To mark the end of , Lauren wanted to share a pic of her with 11 month Everly nursing on a game drive yesterday. Lauren’s first breastfeeding journey was short and ended abruptly (with many tears). All she wanted the second time around was a more successful breastfeeding journey with her daughter, so she did the research and sought out support! Almost a year later, and still going strong (with no end in sight 😝 …. Everly loves boobie time)! Two very different experiences, both hard at times and both beautiful (no matter how short-lived the first BF journey was). Our bodies are magical, and IF you’re able to/ want to BF (and your mental health allows you too) - go for it, but go for it with open eyes: it will be tough at times, but it will be so worth it!
