Mindfulness is all about being fully aware of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment. Itโ€™s a simple yet transformative practice that can greatly improve mental health. Mindfulness involves sitting quietly, focusing on your breathing, and observing your thoughts and feelings without trying to change them. Over time, this practice helps you become more aware of your emotional triggers and thought patterns, promoting mental well-being.

5. Mindful Journaling: Write down your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This practice can help you process emotions and gain insights into your mental state.

- Watch the view change as shapes and objects shift in and out of your line of vision.
- Focus on the soles of your feet, being aware of different sensations as the surface changes.
- Focus on sounds, those of your footsteps, as well as the changing sounds around you as you move.
- Focus on smells and tastes in the air. This will change depending on where you are.
