Youthful contours don't always need implants

The fear of a "deflated" or empty appearance following implant removal is a major source of anxiety that is largely preventable with advanced surgical planning. Simply removing an implant that has stretched the skin for years will inevitably lead to some degree of ptosis, or drooping, if not addressed surgically.

Fortunately, we rarely recommend simple removal if aesthetic appearance is a priority.
