Low hammock aerial flows are so gentle and soothing. One of my ladies told me how her neck mobility had improved after doing this neck decompression pose, just one session and holding the pose for a few minutes.

I think we all need some neck decompression as we are always huddled over the laptop or phone.

I'm so excited for classes to be starting again next week 😃

Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm. Saturday morning classes start on the 16th of August at 09:30.

I'm looking forward to getting back into the hammock.

Come make friends with the aerial yoga hammock and join me for a 4-week Beginners Series workshop where you will learn the foundations for safely practicing yoga in the hammock.

Experience the thrill of flying through the air, building strength, flexibility & confidence in a supportive environment, the perfect way to step outside of your comfort zone. Learn to invert, balance, float, fly, and flip. We'll be taking things a little slower, and you will be supported and guided through the entire course. Expect plenty of giggles and joyfulness.

This is suitable for everyone from 16 years and older. No prior experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm.
