Being intentional and present is crucial in the parent child relationship. Always remember that you are more than capable of navigating the journey of parenting even when it seems impossible at times.

When we are hurried & stressed, the first thing that we lose is presence 💛⁣

Relationships require an investment of time and attention.⁣

In the overwhelming pace of our culture, slowing down to connect with those in our world, can sometimes feel frustrating. ⁣
⁣
This is only made more challenging by technology that is always fighting to win our attention. So even when we’re spending time with those we love, we may feel distracted & overwhelmed.

As a parent, teacher or educator, the greatest gift you can give the children in your world is your undivided attention 💛💛💛⁣
