As a physiotherapy student PRICE (Protection, Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) was the go to method of managing acute soft tissue injuries, now so much research has suggested we move away from PRICE and rather adopt PEACE & LOVE to manage these same injuries. Have a read super interesting.
