Not Every Sign is a Red Flag 🚩

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to jump to conclusions and label certain behaviors or situations as "red flags." But before making snap judgments, consider this:

🔶 Orange Flags are not the same as Red Flags. These are moments or behaviors that might seem concerning at first glance but can change with growth, accountability, and communication.

Some "orange flags" to consider:
Working on Themselves: Someone actively trying to improve might display behaviors that are more about their journey than a reflection of who they are.

Subjective Perceptions: What you see as a red flag might be something someone else views differently based on their experiences.

Potential for Change: Sometimes, these signs are opportunities for growth rather than signs to cut ties immediately.

Remember, not everything that concerns us needs to be a dealbreaker. Open communication and a willingness to understand can turn what seems like a red flag into a green one.

Here is a simple breathing technique that you can try if you ever feel a Panic Attack coming on – you can do this by yourself, you can teach your children, or a friend. Breathing exercises can really help to manage Stress and Anxiety. When feeling overwhelmed, try the 5-finger breathing technique to help lower stress levels, get more oxygen to your brain, and help calm those physical symptoms of Stress.

1. Hold one hand up with fingers spread apart.
2. Use the index finger of your other hand to trace around your fingers.
3. Inhale as you trace up one side of a finger.
4. Exhale as you trace down the other side.
5. Repeat for all five fingers.

Give it a try and feel the difference! 🌬️🧘‍♂️
