QUALIFICATIONS: M.D.(MUS), D.Int.Med.(MUS), M.Med.(Phys.)(MUS),M.Sc.(Med.)(WITS), Ph.D.(Med.)(MUS).
CURRENT POSITION: Pain Practitioner, Physical Medicine Specialist, Physician at Pain Clinic, Mayo Medical Centre, Constantia Kloof, Johannesburg.
SPECIAL INTEREST: Advanced management of painful conditions esp. arthritis, severe back pains, headaches (incl. migraines), neuralgias (trigeminal, intercostal, etc.), neuropathies (diabetic), reflex sympathetic dystrophy, Raynaud syndrome, postherpetic pain, sports injuries, palsy
Advanced physical treatment of other chronic conditions esp. allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, tinnitus, Meniere syndrome, deafness due to acoustic nerve damage, oesophagospasm, enuresis (children), glaucoma, anti-nicotinic therapy.
