Our next Moms & Cubs class starts 16 January 2026 — and we can’t wait to welcome a brand-new group of little cubs and their amazing mamas!

Congratulations mommy and welcome little one!

What to expect from our Mums & Cubs Course:
• 5 weeks of fun filled classes lead by our qualified instructor
Danielle Labram (BA Hon. Psychology, Early Childhood
Educator, IAIM instructor)
• Baby Massage Techniques & Digital Manual
• Age-appropriate stimulation activities
• Mommy Manual (Your mom guide)
• Building long lasting mommy & baby friendships
• Learning tips and tricks to ease your newborn journey
• Building your support network
• FREE 4th Trimester/ Newborn Talk hosted by Dr. Adam Sayers!
• Your Little Cub's First Graduation!

Weekly classes for 5 weeks.

Age group: Newborn to 3 months old
This is our foundation course and we highly recommend starting here before joining stimulation classes.

Our classes are baby led which means that you follow and respond to your baby’s needs when they arise. We have all the facilities you need, and the content of our classes are repeated often to ensure that once you complete the course you are well equipped with all the tools you need!
