We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our private practice in Killarney Mall.

The successful candidate should posses the following skills:
- Computer literacy
- Record keeping
- Telephone etiquette
- Communication
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of private practice setting

Experience in administrative tasks and/ or clinical setting will be an advantage. Candidates should possess a Grade 12 certificate and/ or a relevant qualification.

- Diagnostic assessments
- Screening
- Hearing aid evaluation, fitting, and troubleshooting
- Hearing aid technologies
- Wax management
- Report writing
- Record keeping
- Medical aids

The candidate should be registered with the HPCSA as an independent practitioner and qualified as an Audiologist.

The following additional skills will be advantageous:
- Communication skills
- People’s skills
- Computer literacy
- Business acumen
