Every stroke survivor’s journey is unique, but recovery should never be walked alone.

At Quro Medical, we are honoured to support stroke survivors through their recovery journey, providing compassionate, continuous care where it matters most: at home.

Through our Transitional Care Programme (TCP), we monitor patients post-discharge to ensure a safe and supported recovery. Our clinical team helps detect and manage issues that can arise after a stroke, including:

- Uncontrolled blood pressure or blood sugar levels

- Pressure ulcers

- Early signs of hospital-acquired infections, such as pneumonia or urinary tract infections

We also collaborate closely with trusted rehabilitation partners including physiotherapists, dieticians, and wound care specialists to ensure every patient receives the comprehensive, multidisciplinary support they need.
