How to Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy 🫐🍳🥓🍍
The goal isn’t to force healthy food on them, it’s to inspire it✨
🛒 Get them involved – Let them come shopping with you and pick the fruits, veggies, and meats they want to try. When they choose it, they’re far more likely to eat it.
👩🍳 Cook together – Let them help you in the kitchen. Mixing, chopping (with safe tools and supervision!), stirring, it all makes them excited to taste what they’ve made.
👀 Lead by example – Our kids learn from what we do, not what we say. If you make healthy choices, they naturally follow.
💬 Teach them – Explain what different foods do for our bodies. “Protein helps your muscles grow strong” or “veggies help your tummy feel good.” They love understanding why.
🌈 Make it fun – Try colorful plates, fun names for foods or themed dinners.
⏳ Don’t pressure – Keep offering healthy options without forcing it. Kids often need to see a food a few times before they try it, that’s normal.
Healthy eating starts at home, not with restriction, but with example, education, and excitement 💖
