Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place. 🔥
Some things to help deal with burnout:
-take relaxation seriously
-find something outside of work that you're passionate about (hobbies, sports. Fitness activities, volunteering etc.)
-unplug
-get enough sleep
-get organized
-figure out when enough is enough
-stay attuned to yourself and your emotions
-don't do it alone! Talk to someone about what you're going through and seek help/guidance 🌸
