The Good the back and the ugly of social media;

Social media is here to stay but use it wisely, if some one is attacking you personally on social media for your own block them;
Blocking someone on social media can be a powerful tool for preserving one's mental health. In an era where cyberbullying and online harassment are prevalent, blocking provides a sense of control and protection.

Social media interactions engage in releasing dopamine (the happy hormone) into your system. it has it place however it takes away peoples need to personally engage face to face with each other, taking the courage of difficult conversations and escalating them behind a screen.

If you find the need to attack, be prepared to have the courage for the answer before the, what is being described by professionals cyber bullying, individual is allowed to respond or defend themselves.
