Some ancestors don't need to be healed through a second party such as being assisted by a sangoma or healer,

They need you to heal yourself.
They need you to mix your own herbs and iziwasho.
They need you to bathe yourself in the river and take yourself to the mountain.

They need you to take a stand and heal yourself.
