I’ve been eating some variation of these for the last 3 weeks, they’re super filling and nutritious! It’s way cheaper to make each component yourself, but of course you could always go with a pre-marinated tofu, frozen potato wedges or ready-made tzatziki if you’re pressed for time ⏰

✨ For 4 bowls:
500g firm tofu
2 x large potatoes
120g tzatziki

Marinade:
2 Tbsp olive oil oil + 2 x lemons juice 1 tsp dijon mustard + fresh herbs + ΒΌ cup water

Salad:
4 x tomatoes + 120g medium fat feta + chopped cucumber & red onion + red wine vinegar + pepper

The next club is finally here, it's time to join the Cool Club 😎 ❄️ Honestly, winter is just the PITS for me - I want all the treats and I definitely just want to stay in my cozy bed πŸ˜… but I don't want to put my goals on pause for the whole season, so I gotta find another way around this 😀

These bad bois have been my go-to pre-workout snack for the last 2 weeks πŸ’£ They're so quick to throw together and to eat on the run ⏰

Ingredients:
150g dates of choice (the Zamli ones are like crack - don't say I didn't warn you)
15g nut butter (melt it to make it runnier)
5g almonds, crushed

55 kcals each | 11g carbs | 0.8g protein | 1g fat

A lot of people struggle with the idea of swapping to a more plant based diet, so I wanted to put this together to show you how simple some of these swaps could be.

My top tip would be to pick 1 or 2 of these to swap to, instead of making all of these changes at once. Remember, there’s no veggie police out there, so if you’re just wanting to eat plant based for 1 or 2 days or even just meals of the week, then that’s already amazing! πŸ₯°

A big concern I often hear about is protein, so I added in different protein contents of substitutes so you can see that you really wouldn’t be sacrificing those good ol’ amino acids with these swaps 🧬
