So proud to have been part of this important discussion on Functional Neurological Disorder — a condition that truly highlights the power of collaboration across neurology, psychiatry, psychology, and rehabilitation. Nicole Duff and Meghan Noble proudly presented a poster and one oral presentation. Demetri Vel, our amazing neurologist was there by our side, to guide and assist, as he always does.

As a South African clinical practice we are so excited to be able to contribute to the international body of literature

A day of learning, sharing, and wagging tails 🐶💡 We had master’s students from Wits join us who got to see how the DARE programme integrates animal-assisted therapy into neuro rehabilitation with Tchai leading the way! Followed by some quality time with Catherine discussing and practically working through treatment strategies in progressive movement disorders!
