My Story
I am a Counselling Psychologist who trained at the University of Durban, Natal, qualifying in 1998. Since then, I have moved between various practices and psychology roles over the years.
My philosophy is that of growth through self-exploration and creation of narratives about our lives. I believe in the healing and strengthening power of community and relationships and I view therapy as a transformational and honoured relationship.
At Wellness on Dale Lace I offer individual therapy. I am a Cancer Coach and work with cancer patients and their families and caregivers; an area close to me as I have walked my own path with cancer since 2015. I also have a special interest in managing anxiety and stress. Furthermore, I am trained as an NBI Practitioner and offer brain profiling and career and scholastic guidance as well as relationship counselling interlinked with the brain profiling.
