Healing is a personal journey, and no one shoe fits all, you will be drawn to what is best for you.🙌

It’s found in the quiet moments,
in the pauses we allow ourselves,
in the courage to feel, release, and begin again.

For me, healing has not always been easy…
but it has always been necessary.
It’s learning to be gentle with yourself,
to honour where you are,
and to trust that even the unseen shifts are happening in perfect timing.🙌

Some days it looks like strength…
and other days it looks like rest.
Both are healing.🙌

We don’t need to have it all figured out.
We don’t need to rush the process.
Healing unfolds when we allow it, when we soften, when we trust.🙌

You are allowed to heal at your own pace.
You are allowed to grow, to release, and to become.💫

And even on the days it feels heavy…
something within you is still rising, still restoring, still finding its way back to light.

This Monday lets try to flow with life instead of fighting with life ..💫

🌀Flowing with the Rhythms of Life🌀

Life is not meant to be forced…
it is meant to be felt, followed, and flowed with.🌀

There is a natural rhythm within you —
in your breath, your energy, your seasons of doing and resting.
When you honour that rhythm, life begins to soften.

This week, allow yourself to flow:
✨ Flow with what feels aligned, not what feels pressured

✨ Flow with your energy — rest when needed, move when inspired

✨ Flow with change, instead of resisting it

✨ Flow with trust, even when the path is not fully clear

✨ Flow back to yourself, again and again
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You only need to listen… and gently follow.

Let this be a week of ease over effort,
presence over perfection,
and flow over force.

Omgggg 🌼It's been far too long since I've bought myself a new deck of cards, 🃏
Maybe this year a new deck grabs my attention, but every single one of these stunning decks has been on an incredible journey through all the readings, that have been done,through the years.😍🙌🙏
Even some runes and some rumi cards which
I also love.🗿❣

We all go through our stages and phases of favorite decks, have to say the Rider Waite always seems to be my go to deck 🃏😍

And now after busily creating harmony in my sacred space, and redoing the healing room.
I'm ecstatic to bring them all together,in one sacred space, with just a handful more decks in my office eager to join there close friends.

I am delighted 💥at the outcome, as I have spent the last few days preparing my Healing Space again,👷‍♀️🖌 as the room was changed and now the Yoga occupies the Larger Space, and the Healing Space has returned back to the other space, which I feel is just absolutely perfect😍🙌

My Sacred Healing Space🙌💫

Your healing journey is sacred and needs a sacred space for you to heal in 🙏

So come step into a space where you are gently held, seen, and honoured as you are.
A space where healing is not rushed, forced, or defined — but allowed to unfold naturally, in its own divine timing.

There is no “one way” to heal — only your way. And in this space, your journey is deeply respected.

Through alternative therapies, energy work, and intuitive guidance, I hold a nurturing container where you are supported in releasing what no longer serves you — old patterns, heavy emotions, stagnant energy, and limiting beliefs.
Not by pushing them away, but by gently bringing awareness, compassion, and light to them.

Because when you release…

Always wanted to start a healing|wellness center and you know that if you truly believe all things are possible it shall happen. Blessed and grateful for Blessings Healings Wellness Center and Esoteric shop... Which I started on my own with a vision and purpose.

Have always been on the spiritual path of awakening, and started doing various Angel workshops and courses as early as 2006, Did my Reiki Course in 2009 and have not stopped learning and growing and sharing on this incredible journey.
