Allowing our divine essence to light up and fill our lives and the lives of those around us. We are in control of our lives its all our choice how and what we do with it. I am certified in various healing modalities. And learning and growing each day and its my pleasure to share it with all whom cross my path. Some Sunday Musing, feeling the relevance to this piece, and quite an appropriate time
So wanted to share this today with you🙏
🌳Turn Within and find the roots🌳❣
The tragedy often is, that when we talk of self control, etc...we are only giving expression to our wish to see others practice such virtues.
Often such vigorous preaching for peace and brotherhood is meant to cover up one's own inner sinfulness and restlessness.
We are too afraid to look within, and to discover our own wicked nature, and therefore go about exhorting others to be saintly and holy.
Even if we can bring about world brotherhood tomorrow morning, what then?
We shall soon discover that one brother kills another.And this will go on till THAT RARE hero turns his gaze within, and realises that the real source of the mischief is within.
The roots of evil are within.
The roots of unworthy desires are within.
These have to be pulled out there.
If these roots are not there, the evils they grow Into will not appear in your conduct.
Whatever be the provocation you will not hate or kill...!!!
You do not bite a dog because a dog bit you and thus provoked you to retaliate.
Self control will become natural when we cultivate this self-awareness, when we turn our gaze within.
This is the first Principle of Yoga.
I do not say that all people must practice Yoga and that Yoga will bring about world peace and brotherhood.This would start another cult.
But those men and woman who live a life of self-control,who have self-awareness,who have eradicated the very roots of evil within themselves, are Yogis.
Only they will live a life of peace and brotherhood🙏

An eclipse highlights your spiritual life and those hidden aspects, I myself have been going through a transition a period of reflection and listening to my intuition, revaluating life.💫
I loved making this hand painted Crystal Grid board using a hexagram,which represents the harmonious union of opposites,signifying wholeness and balance, as above so below.

Himalayan Round Salt Cooking Blocks
A round Himalayan salt block can be used for cooking, chilling, and serving, adding a mild, mineral-rich saltiness to food.
The circular shape makes it ideal for table-side service, allowing guests to cook or chill their own portions.
✴Cooking and grilling
A round salt block can be heated on a gas stovetop, grill, or in the oven for searing and sautéing. Its shape is especially suited for cooking a main dish and serving it directly to the table.
· Searing proteins: The block imparts a subtle, salty crust to thinly sliced steaks, fish fillets, scallops, or shrimp. The round shape is perfect for individual portions.
· Cooking vegetables: Asparagus, bell peppers, or other thin-cut vegetables can be quickly seared on the hot surface for a tender-crisp result.
· Frying eggs: For an elegant presentation, fry eggs directly on the heated block. Use an onion or bell pepper ring as a mould to prevent the egg from running off the circular surface.
· Baking pizza: A salt block can be heated and used as a baking stone for individual-sized pizzas, adding a unique, savoury flavour to the crust.
✴Chilling and curing

· Presenting sushi and sashimi: The chilled block keeps fish cold while seasoning it with a subtle, clean salt flavour.
· Serving appetizers: Arrange fresh fruit, cheeses, Salads and cold dips on a chilled salt block to keep them cool and add a hint of saltiness.
· Making ice cream: Use a frozen salt block as a "cold stone" surface for making instant ice cream. The salt enhances the flavours of sweet ingredients.
· Curing food: Place thinly sliced raw fish, like ahi tuna or salmon, on the chilled block to begin the curing process.
✴Serving platter
Whether hot or cold, a round salt block makes a visually striking, naturally antimicrobial serving platter. For best results when serving, use a block specifically for this purpose, as cooking on it can cause discoloration and cracking over time.
· Tableside presentation: Bring a pre-heated salt block to the table in a holder to let guests cook their food, such as scallops or shrimp, right at their seats.
· Charcuterie board: A round salt block makes a beautiful and functional serving surface for cured meats, cheese, and crackers. Moist cheeses will absorb more of the salt flavour than drier foods.

Always wanted to start a healing|wellness center and you know that if you truly believe all things are possible it shall happen. Blessed and grateful for Blessings Healings Wellness Center and Esoteric shop... Which I started on my own with a vision and purpose.
Have always been on the spiritual path of awakening, and started doing various Angel workshops and courses as early as 2006, Did my Reiki Course in 2009 and have not stopped learning and growing and sharing on this incredible journey.
