Reel Gardening is a pre-fertilised seed strip that encases the desired seed at the correct depth and distance apart. It is that simple.

The strip is marked at the right depth with a coloured line indicating both depth and seed type! Reel Gardening is a biodegradable seed tape that can be planted straight into the ground. The tape takes all the guesswork and confusion out of starting a vegetable garden. The tape contains high quality, non-chemically treated seed. The seeds are held within the tape at the correct depth and distance apart for the plant to grow. The illustrations on our seed tape are printed with a vegetable starch ink. These illustrations provide easy to follow instruction. The coloured area of the tape should be above the ground this is unique to each herb or vegetable, placing the seed at the correct depth. The tape also makes it easy for you to see where your plant is germinating and growing from, meaning you only need to water where the tape is visible saving up to 80% of water usage. These are just a few of the many benefits of planting the Reel way.
