ARE YOU INTERESTED IN A PATH TO WELLNESS?
We hear about lots of different paths to recovery these days—12 steps, therapy, faith based, mindfulness…but the truth is, there isn’t just one road that works for everyone.
I would like to introduce you to the WRP — the “Wellness & Resilience Programme”
WRP isn’t about labels or telling people what they “should” be doing. It’s about helping you understand yourself, building strength in mind and body, and developing the resilience to handle life without needing to escape it.
A Professionally Governed Community
What makes WRP unique is our multi-layered approach to support. You aren't just assigned a single person; you are backed by a team of experienced facilitators and a vibrant ecosystem of students, clients, and coaches.
To ensure the highest standard of care, our program includes:
Dedicated Case Management: Ensuring your individual journey is tracked, supported, and adjusted to your specific needs.
Clinical Supervision: Our coaches and facilitators undergo regular professional supervision, ensuring that the guidance you receive is ethical, effective, and evidence-based.
We look at things like:
• Understanding triggers and the reward system
• Building emotional awareness and intelligence
• Problem-solving real-life challenges with a "Healthy Adult" mindset
• Strengthening community and social support
• Learning practical tools that actually work in the real world
The Structure:
We spend 8 to 10 weeks building your foundation (meeting 3 times a week), followed by an optional 10 months of ongoing community support to ensure your new habits take deep root.
Because real change doesn’t come from being told what to do… it comes from learning how to live differently alongside a professional team and a community that truly "gets it."
Sometimes the path forward isn’t about fixing what’s broken… it’s about creating a new foundation and building the life you actually want to live.
The WRP is suitable for those who suspect they may be struggling with addiction, problematic behaviours, life management issues, or even those who are interest in self development.
