There was a time I questioned whether this path was even possible.

Moving from one-on-one consultations into speaking, content creation, and corporate wellness work felt like a stretch.

But often, it’s not about whether something is possible - it’s about whether you’re willing to build it differently.

Careers aren’t always linear and sometimes the most impactful work sits outside the expected path.

Over time, my work has evolved into:
• presenting to healthcare professionals
• corporate wellness projects
• content creation grounded in evidence

And it’s only the beginning. This is exactly the kind of work I love doing.

It’s not the possibility of failure that holds most people back.

It’s the meaning they attach to it.

Because if failure = “this isn’t working”
you stop.

But if failure = data, feedback, direction —
you adjust and continue.

In my work, the people who move forward aren’t the ones who avoid risk.

They’re the ones willing to take it,
learn from it,
and stay in the process long enough for it to work.
