It’s in the best interest of every child for parents and guardians to sign and return Integrated School Health Programme consent forms. This allows school health teams to provide these vital services and support your child’s growth, development, and academic success.

Undetected health issues can affect a child’s ability to learn, concentrate, and thrive in the classroom. Early detection helps remove these barriers and ensures learners get the support they need.
