Reflux Guide

Hi all. Please help
Moms, I really need some help here... My baby is 3 weeks old and has been suffering from reflux since birth. She is on 2.5mg of Nexium a day, and she's also on Iberogast. She drinks S26 Gold LF because of her lactose allergy. Problem is; NONE of these medicines are working... She suffers from it during the day but not as badly as night time. She will for example, wake up at 5 in the afternoon for a feed, and then stay up until 2 in the morning screaming and finally fall asleep. We honestly can't go on like this! She's been to the Dr 4 times since birth with this silent reflux of hers. Can you please recommend something I can give her that WORKS?? I haven't slept in 3 days and seeing her in constant pain in breaking my heart...
