Last series of year !

'Living with Bipolar Disorder' workshop presented by Dr Antoinette Miric. Saturday, 24th November 2018 and 1st December 2018, 9 - 12:30 am, Saxonwold, Johannesburg.

All the ups and downs of Bipolar Disorder will be discussed, including preventing and predicting relapses, medication information, Bipolar Disorder info, CBT and self management techniques to live with the disorder. Family involvement in some sessions.
