FAKE CERTIFICATES IN CHILDCARE!!!

Today, I received an email from someone looking to employ a nanny, and wanted to verify her certificate.

THIS CERTIFICATE IS FRAUDULENT.
Firstly, our certificates are white.
Secondly, we CAN spell! We would not spell a word such as "completion" incorrectly.
Thirdly, we do not offer First Aid/CPR training as part of our course.
Our logo is VERY DIFFERENT. The one on the certificate was out logo prior to 2010 - and anyone we placed that trained that long ago, and was looking for work again would get a FREE refresher course with us, and new certificate.

I will not even hide the name of the person on the certificate, as I feel that if she is willing to commit fraud, and use our company's good name to do so, we will expose her, and warn others about her.

Should she make contact with me, send me the certificates, and reveal where she got them, I will remover her name.

If hiring outside of using an agency, please do check all certificates, references and criminal records thoroughly. This is one of the main reasons why going through an agency is so beneficial.

Winter is upon us! This means that more kiddies will be staying home due to illness, and some kids will even be taken out of school! So, why not train your nanny to effectively Mentally Stimulate your child/children, in your home?

A reminder that class we will be holding our next Mental Stimulation Course over 2 Saturdays (23 and 30 June) from 09h30 to 16h00.

Please peruse the course content (attached), and feel free to let me know if you require further info.
For Mental Stimulation the lecturer, Chrissie Schuler-Smith, is a doula who does regular childhood workshops, and will provide the ladies with plenty of game and activity ideas, and we do encourage you to tell your nannies to ask as many questions as possible.

The course cost is R1350, and existing clients (who have used our services for training or Placements before of Help at Home pay only R1200).

If you are keen to book your nanny for the course, please let me know and we will happily reserve a spot for her.
