Thank you to everyone who joined us at our annual Music In The Parks!
Together with TJ’s Acoustic Club, Paddy organised a great selection of live musicians to perform for our audience.
We are grateful to everyone who came to show your support ❤️

We also need to make a special mention of our very own San Salvador Community Hub choir who had their debut performance.
You were amazing and you made us so proud!

We look forward to seeing you all again for another show next year 😎🤘

We have some special guest performers for this Sunday!

Last year, Naomi began teaching the members how to perform.
What started as a team building exercise, has grown into a beautiful display of community pride, joy and friendship.
We promise you, it’s one of the best feel-good performances you’ll see 😂

Please come and support them (and our other talented muso’s from 'sAccousticMusicClub 😉) as we raise much-needed funds for the financially vulnerable residents of our home.

Well this is exciting!
Naomi and the team from will be live on air with at 11am 💙

This time last year, Naomi started a journey of entrepreneurship, inspiring and equipping the Community Hub Members to start their own micro-businesses.
The goal? For our members to be able to have an opportunity to generate income for themselves.

Since then, the community have developed full business plans, come up with business names and logos, and have successfully participated in various events and markets.
Each time, growing their skills and refining their business knowledge, and importantly- proving to themselves and the world- exactly what they can accomplish when they are given the opportunity and support they deserve!

We are grateful to Chantel Worldwide for highlighting their achievements, and giving our team the opportunity to be able to talk about this incredible journey!

Paddy is at it again!
As many of you know, every year Paddy, together with TJ's Acoustic, put on a fabulous live music event in support of our lovely home.
This year, we have a little treat - the choir from Salvador Community Hub will also be performing!
So grab your family and friends and come and join us!

If you haven't had the privilege of meeting her yet, this is Noami - our incredible Manager at San Salvador Community Hub .

With her many years of experience in the disability sector, she is a passionate advocate for equality and inclusion. She uses her knowledge and skills to empower and uplift, and to create sustainable opportunities for growth and development.
Under her leadership, the community has had many firsts - most notably, a micro-business day where members launched businesses complete with business plans and logos.
Last year, she arranged a formal graduation, complete with outfits, certificates and a sit-down meal, giving many of our members something that they had never had the opportunity to experience.

Naomi, we have seen first hand the joy you bring to our community. Thank you for your kindness, strength and positivity - even on the days when the challenges seem insurmountable!
We are grateful to have you leading our community. You have accomplished so much and we are excited for what is still to come!

Happy birthday from all of us at the San Salvador Family!

When a deaf person joined our community, they all learnt to sign.
When there is dancing in a group, our wheelchair-bound members are always brought into the circle.
If you are unsteady on your feet, someone will come alongside and help you up the stairs.
If you don’t understand the instructions, someone will take the time to patiently explain again.
If you are struggling with a task, someone will sit with you until you feel confident enough to do it on your own.

In our community, EVERYONE is different and that is absolutely ok.

You don’t have to teach our community how to be inclusive - it’s in their DNA.

We didn’t want to give the game away TOO soon, but courtesy of NIGHTWING, our amazing NORdee Padel prizes for the our padel tournament arrived today! 🎉🎉
In their own ways, both companies have really stepped in to help make tomorrow a reality, and
we have 25 teams signed up and ready for a great day of fun and padel!

We’ll definitely share more of the details and tomorrows festivities, but we wanted to get a little thank you in early 😎

And to all of you who have signed up to join us- we’ll see you on the courts 🔥

Two weeks and a bit to go! 🧶🪡

The weaving room is a flurry of activity as the final stitches are tied, and the last threads are trimmed.
Our dedicated team are excited to share their masterpieces with you - we have something for everyone- scarves, bags, placemats (and some VERY cute Easter goodies).

So please grab your friends and join us on Saturday 28 March for our annual Weaving Room Sale!

We have also arranged for delicious cake to nibble whilst you sip on your tea and do your shopping, so there is DEFINITELY no way you’ll leave disappointed 😂
