We're leveling the playing field - and we need your help! 🎾

Quality care is a right that all our residents deserve, not just those who can afford it.
We believe this so strongly that significant focus and priority is given to fundraising for the many financially vulnerable or orphaned residents in our home.
And this is where you come in 😎

We are hosting a day of padel and fun to raise funds for these precious ladies!
This year, we are delighted to have the support of NORdee Padel , a premium and quality padel brand, who will be assisting us with epic, branded tees as a part of our offering.

So grab your team mate (pick carefully - you'll want a chance at those prizes) and join us for the day!

We know, it's been a year!
2025 has had it's ups and it's downs, and we know that some of us are feeling tired.

But despite the challenges, we want to believe for better things for this new year!

Our wish for you, is that 2026 will be a year of magical moments and little surprises that catch you off guard, that stop and make you smile!
That there will be plenty of reminders of how beautiful the world is, and how it is so full of beautiful, kind people.
Our wish is that you will go further than what you thought possible, that you will overcome your challenges, and realise just how strong, resilient and brave you really are!
We hope that you will share your joy and your sparkle with others, that you will be the voice of hope and courage!
We hope that you will also be kind to yourself (and to others) if things get hard, and you feel tired.
We hope you will prioritise rest and spending time with those who love you and fill your cup.

But mostly, we just wish you happiness.

Some of the beautiful ladies in our care are alone in this world, which means that come Christmas day, they don't have any surprises under the Christmas tree.

A small gift makes a really big difference in the lives of these ladies, and helps them feel loved and special.

We are a home, not an institution.

What we do is not a job, it is so much more.
The women in our care are the reason for everything we do.
Their smiles and laughter mean the world. Their achievements and successes are ours as well.
And so are their heartaches and their struggles.

It's not always easy, and some days the challenges feel insurmountable, but they are the reason we never give up.

They make every day worthwhile.
We are honored and grateful for every woman who calls San Salvador their home 💙

Safe spaces aren’t “nice to have”.
They save lives.

Whilst this might not be the case for our residents, this is the terrifying reality for many vulnerable women living with disabilities.
Places of safety often rely upon assistance from government and outside donations in order to continue operating.

The needs are great, but it's actually very easy to help, and every small act of kindness can have a big impact.

What you can do:

- Follow on social media.Likes, comments, and shares increase visibility and help programs like ours reach people and businesses that can assist financially.
- Support fundraising events
- Sponsor toiletries or groceries
- Volunteer your time - reading, crafts, baking, companionship.
- Offer your skills (admin, haircuts, repairs)
- Set up a small monthly debit order

We are grateful that the issue of has received such strong national attention, but awareness alone is not enough.

Together, we can help build safer, kinder and more inclusive spaces for women with disabilities.

It's time to start getting festive!🎄

We can't really believe we are typing these words, but our annual San Salvador Christmas Fete is JUST around the corner!
In addition to the favourites that you have come to expect, we are also delighted to be hosting our San Salvador Community Hub members for the first time!

So come ready for a jam-packed morning of beautiful Christmas carols, retail therapy, massage therapy (yes! Bring those tired hands and your stressed shoulders!), delicious treats and gifting!
