It was maintenance time. Alice look s like a princess.
I enjoyed the winter and had a great rest.
I looked after private consultations on line and it was so rewarding for them and I.
It seems so easy to speak about everything including the disturbing mind in our days.
I tried to release the clients deep anxiety and many have became meditators...and feel much better. Thank you for your confidence and caring about yourself.
Next week I will write down few detox but only small group.
I enjoy it much better.

It's winter and we do not detox at that time.
We might actually reopen later than September because I have to be with my grand children while their mummy is on the design show in Shangai and a possible shot of an afrikaans movie in this beautiful setting.
Keep warm. Try one day water fast every month. Meditate . Eat lots of raw veggies and citrus.
Don't forget a nice glass of cheap red wine which is a great anti oxidant!
