Mixing it up for my leg workout, usually it's heavy squats and lots of it, but I decided to throw in some lunges instead...

Mixing it up for my leg workout, usually it's heavy squats and lots of it, but I decided to throw in some lunges instead:

1. Straight leg deadlifts x drop sets x 3
2. Barbell lunges 3x 10,8,6
3. Seated calf raises 3x12
4. Adductor and abductor supersets using a band - 3 sets of each on each side non stop in a circuit fashion
5. Sit-ups 3 x 1min
6. Double crunches 3x 25
7. Left/right crunch 3x25
8. Plank 3 x1min

Great pump, and can feel the hamstrings got worked hard.
