One of my bests… doing her best… to be the best! 😎

Performing Dumbbell squat to shoulder raise.

To perform this exercise take note:

1. Be sure to have your feet shoulder width apart and a dumbbell in each hand.

2. Slowly start a squat by engaging your glutes and extend them out while keeping you knees behind your toes.

3. While performing the squat, slowly raise the dumbbells infant of you whilst keeping inline with your shoulders.

4. Slowly come back to starting position.

5. Repeat
