MVHealth Hello, my name is Michelle, the founder of MVHealth. I am a Registered Dietitian and Yoga teacher with a passion for helping people along their health journey.

I have completed many journeys in life so far, the journey of completing a marathon, the journey of climbing a mountain and the journey of regaining my health after a serious accident. I understand journeys and know from firsthand experience how challenging they can be. I am here to help you, take your hand and be your nutritional buddy through the journey!
