I would like to send a big Thank You to everyone who contributed to the community outreach project we sponsored on the 24th March. We had more than 50 young girls who attended and benefited from your contributions. Because of your generosity, we were able to impact on young lives. Looking forward to more projects to come.

On the 24th of March Ubuntu Community empowerment centre will be hosting a community outreach project in Klipfontein. We will have men and women of all ages, teenage girls and boys and will have a fun walk/run, health talks, wellness testing services and lots more. As part of the initiative Coincido is sponsoring 3 health talks and would like to offer sponsorship of hampers for the 150 teenage girls we are expecting, and you can help.

What is Normal ?

Normal discharge is clear or creamy and has a very slight smell that can be described as sweet or soapy. The only thing you should look out for is discharge that is itchy, irritating, discoloured or smelly, because this might be a sign of infection and a reason to see your doctor.
