Your Enneagram personality Type gives you so many options for personal growth, even though it might feel very scary and difficult to do. I am a number 3, so need to integrate some of the number 6 ways of behaviour into my life. And funny that number 6 is the type I least understand or relate to. Just show you how challenging personal growth can be.

Number 1's - maybe try replacing all your "shoulds" with "what do I want?"
Number 2's - try giving or doing things without people knowing that it is you
Number 3's - try and do things at a slower pace, but with more attention to each task - making sure you win some but also lose some
Number 4's - try and get more into your body by doing some creative form of physical exercise
Number 5's - share or give more of yourself - your time, your support, your presence
Number 6's - try and do something pleasurable without being fully prepared
Number 7's - work on one thing at a time and finish what you start
Number 8's - do something using other people's way and not your own way
Number 9's - Instead of keeping your focus on the end goal, try to bring attention back to the next immediate step that will enable you to each that goal

Info above is based on information provided in "The Enneagram for Therapists, Counselors, Coaches and Guides. I was privileged to travel to America to attend this amazing course offered by Enneagram Worldwide.(David Daniels and Terry Saracino)

Hope you find some inspiration and GROW!!!!

When we use Chirology to study the hands, the beginning of the major lines can give us a very accurate picture of how you experienced childhood for example. How soon did you develop independent thinking patterns? How did you cope emotionally and did you overcome physical challenges such as disease, neglect, house moves, etc.

I use the Chinese Elemental principles to analyse and interpret the different lines, EARTH, WATER, FIRE and AIR.

In my next post I will talk about the beginning of the Earth line. (also called the Life line in traditional Palmistry). I will share how to identify it as well as provide a few possible interpretations so you can have some more insights into your physical beginnings on this earth.
