Last year was scary, but at least you could zone out and stop watching news so that you could protect your mental health. But this is even scarrier and sad, and not easy to ignore. It is happening in front of our eyes, thinking what is really going on. STOP the looting, STOP any form of contribution towards this. Encouraging this whether by comments or going to the scene and picking what's left or buying the stolen goods, you are as guilty as the ones starting and or colluding the looting. A long time ago I started to value my time. I decided to stop calling people on my contact list to see if they will call back but I noticed that I was the one holding on to unnessesary relationships. There is a certain period a person is supposed to remain in your life, the more you hold on you are delaying that period's end. Do not be a barrier of this life cycle (people will come and go in your life).
This applies to all relationships (family, friends, romentic relationships). cleaning

This lockdown has dramatically changed our lives causing panic, frustrations and many other related issues. This is now the time where we need to be taking care of our mental health to make sure that when this is over we are able to go and carry on with our normal duties with our healthy mental being.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the clinic is not opened. The good news are we still continue with sessions and booking for appointments telephonically. Send us a whatsapp on: 06253898805

Most of us have painful pasts, we carry it with us trying to make new and happy memories. But at some point when we older and mature we have to go back and look at our past in the eye and really confront it. It is not an easy process it is scary, painful and intimidating you feel like you are as little as you were back then and your heart aches you cant stop your tears. But remember you are older and wiser now and the reason for all this is to make sure that this past looses its power over you, you take charge of your life and you carry on. This is the beautiful part about facing your past, it can come back any time but this time it will be different because you will look at your past in the eye and say to it, " you are not bigger than me and you will never do anything to me ever". Do not let your past haunt you let it inspire you and someone else. ~Vie Q

Change is optional and it is always there for us to choose. But it is very easy to think we can't choose Change... Change is never easy it is a long process, it gets easier when you start to see little changes and it feels soo good you want to carry on. And then it gets harder you want to quit but don't quit just yet because its the hardships are the crucial part of change; the hard times teaches you things that will be with you forever and no one can take away from you. Once you think it take action, once u take action never stop because change is a continuous journey that is defined by hard work. We always have a choice but it is easy for us to think we don't. It might be easy to choose change but people lack the ability to put hard work, because change requires "action" without action there is no change. ~Vie Q

Over the years I have learnt a lot about love. Love is a beautiful thing; from the love of a mother to a child, love of sisters/brothers, love of a friend to love of a neighbour and of a mere stranger. Then there is Romantic love, this is by far the most magical, important and primitive love , now this is the misunderstood, misinterpreted and mostly confused love above all mentioned.

The most unfortunate incidents; falling in love with Someone who is in love with someone else who also doesn't love them back. But when we find that one who feels exactly the way we feel about them it is the most amazing feeling ever, but why doesn't this beautiful moment last and why do we become bitter when the happy times end? Over the years I've experience love I have become angry when things go sour, but now I have become more matured. It is maturity that now I know us as people will love one another dearly and we don't stop loving each other, the problem is once we in this magical thing still praying to God it doesn't end our demons catch up with us and ruin what was once beautiful. But make no mistake we still love regardless, we shouldn't be bitter when things get sour asking ourselves if our former partners ever loved us of cause they did but there were forces beyond their abilities that took over...

Stop your tongue when it says," there is no such thing as love or I'll never love again" there are many beautiful souls out there waiting on your love, you will get hurt next time and sure you will hurt someone next time until you get it right love will find you time will remind you.~Vie Q
