As we move towards the end of the intense lockdown and start phasing ourselves back into 'normal' life, we need to think about what we will take with us from this period of time. There have been many good things amongst the challenges.
One of the things that I have really enjoyed is the online classes via Zoom and YouTube. I have decided to continue with this format for the foreseeable future as a way to help with social distancing, and as a way to connect with yogi's far and wide. I have loved teaching people in Joburg, Cape Town, Durban, USA and Europe through the online platforms.

OPTION 1: LIVESTREAM
Monsoon Yoga offers a group class LIVESTREAM every morning Monday through Friday at 8am using Zoom. To join a livestream class please let Charlize know by 7:30am on the morning that you want to join. Charlize will add you to the group via an email invite. Please ensure that you have provided Charlize with your correct email address and that you have downloaded the Zoom app on your preferred device.

OPTION 2: VIDEO CLASSES
A second option of video streaming via Monsoon Yoga's YouTube channel is also available. A new class is loaded everyday Monday to Friday with a minimum of 20 classes per month. These classes can be done at any time that suits you. All the above classes are loaded each week and also include the occasional bonus Pilates class. Please let Charlize know that you want to join the Video classes. The YouTube link is emailed every evening.

OPTION 3: BOTH LIVESTREAM AND VIDEO
This option allows you to get the best of both worlds. You can join any morning class via livestream and also get access to the video classes for days where you can't make a livestream class.

This is fun Vinyasa flow with focus on Garudasana (eagle pose) variations. Suited for a regular practitioner.
