It might seem like there’s no time to move when you're buried in books, but staying active boosts brain function and reduces exam burnout.
Try this:
• Start your day with 10–15 minutes of movement, a walk, stretch, or dance to your favourite song
• Take movement snacks, a few squats, neck rolls, or wall push-ups between study sessions
• Stretch your neck and shoulders every hour to prevent stiffness
• Join a school physio stretch break session if offered
Staying active helps circulation, improves your focus, and gives your mind a quick reset. Plus, it helps release physical tension caused by long periods of sitting.
