Body Divine is a hands-on, owner-managed Pilates studio in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg. Since opening our doors in 2005, we’ve collaborated with numerous individuals of different ages, levels of fitness and flexibility; experience that enables us to tailor Pilates instruction to anyone, no matter what their needs.

Instructor, Sarah Laatz, is a professionally certified, internationally accredited Pilates and fitness instructor. With a diploma in dance training and anatomy, certificates in Pilates control conditioning and body conditioning and having completed several courses through Body Arts and Science International (BASI), she’s got the deep, dynamic skills to support your specific training needs.
