What an amazing achievement — and the month isn’t over yet! 💪💖 Every step counts towards raising awareness and helping fund breast cancer screenings that save lives.

A special mention to . Joshua Greenberg, the chiropractor working on Marina’s feet during this challenge — his care and expertise have made a significant difference in how Marina moves and performs. 🙌

A Story of Strength, Faith, and Healing 🌸

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our therapeutic reflexologist Marina shares a story on behalf of someone very close to her heart — her Mother, a brave breast cancer survivor.

When asked what helped her stay positive through her journey, she shared:

“I am a child of GOD and He carried me and kept me on my feet every day. In difficult times, I prayed and asked God to help me.”

She spoke about the love and care that surrounded her:

“My family, friends, and colleagues supported me amazingly. My daughter (Marina) brought me orange juice in the mornings and helped me to get up — I would never have made it through without their love.”

And on how alternative care supported her healing:

“At work, we had a reflexologist who treated me weekly. It helped me relax and made my body feel better. Even when I lost a lot of weight, she kept reminding me how beautiful I am.”

💗 A reminder that faith, love, and holistic care can bring light and strength even in the hardest times.

Our Therapeutic Reflexologist, Marina, has joined the “I Love Boobies” ULTRA Imagine Challenge! 🌸

What an incredible experience it has been so far this October — moving for a purpose and making every step count 💪💖

🏃‍♀️ The Imagine Challenge is a month-long virtual fitness event running from 1–31 October 2025. Participants can run, walk, cycle, swim, do yoga, CrossFit or any sport they love — all distances and times add up throughout the month!

This isn’t just a challenge — it’s a movement. Every step, stroke, and pedal helps fund breast cancer screenings and save lives. 💗

To keep up with the challenge, body care is essential! Regular Reflexology and Chiropractic treatments play a vital role in keeping the body aligned, easing muscle tension, improving circulation, and reducing fatigue — ensuring Marina can keep moving and finish strong.

And of course, once the challenge is complete, aftercare is just as important to help the body recover, restore balance, and maintain overall wellness. 💆‍♀️ Keep moving, keep caring, and keep supporting this amazing cause!
