We loved chatting to the residents at Royal View today along with the bios about physiotherapy, biokinetics and how important exercise is! Of course we included a quick exercise class 💪🏽

Such a privilege to learn about the ins and outs of the Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) from this superstar Dr ! What an interesting course filled with so much information and I feel so much more equipped to tackle the TMJ!

We learned about the anatomy of the TMJ, the different pathologies involved and their causes. We learned how to assess and treat various TMJ dysfunctions and associated conditions like headaches, migraines, tinnitus, eustachian tube dysfunction, and sinus issues. Thank you Dr Mics for the wealth of knowledge you shared I so appreciate it!

Looking to hire a dynamic, friendly, compassionate, hard working and dedicated physiotherapist who is able to treat a variety of patients in a physiotherapy practice situated in a state of the art Senior Living complex in Sandringham, Johannesburg.

The physiotherapist should be able to treat patients who need:
Acute post-operative surgical and orthopaedic step down care.
Neurological rehabiliation for Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke etc
Rehabiliation and exercise classes for people with Dementia
Neuromusculoskeletal treatments for a variety of conditions with chronic pain including but not limited to arthritic joints.
General neuromusculoskeletal conditions for patients of all ages.
Oncology palliative care.
Sports injuries.
General exercise classes.
Pilates classes.
Dry needling.
Aquatic therapy as there is an aquatic therapy pool with scope to teach classes and do one on one aquatic therapy intervention.

Some weekend work and after hours work is required and own transport is imperative as we also offer home based care to different areas.
