Helena Oberholzer Naturologist I use massage therapy and reflexology to restore and maintain the body's balance for optimum health. Each client is assessed and treated accordingly.

I am passionate about helping clients to improve and maintain their health through reflexology and massage therapy. Reflexology is an amazing therapy to balance the different systems in the body to obtain balance and health, and therefore aids anything from digestive problems and migraines to infertility challenges. Massage therapy is used for sports injuries, high stress levels, sinusitis, headaches and migraines, lymph drainage, digestive problems and bad circulation to name but a few. Often the combination of reflexology and massage therapy, with some nutrition and supplement advice, is used to reach optimal health or to overcome an injury.

Two weeks out of the moonboot, and the foot and ankle are getting stronger and learning how to walk again…I saw the ortho for my 10 week post-surgery check up, and he’s happy. So grateful!
