1. Tell your doctor if you’re struggling with sleep
2. Avoid taking naps during the day
3. Steer clear of caffeinated drinks or hot, spicy food
4. Have supper before 6 pm to reduce heartburn at night
5. Simple exercises during pregnancy can improve sleep quality
