Movement for Living Well invites seniors to gently explore the question of well-being through guided sessions that nurture both body and mind. With intentional movements and mindful focus, participants rediscover comfort, coordination, and confidence—whether it's turning in bed, reaching for clothing, or simply standing with ease.
Many older adults reduce their activity due to pain, fear of falling, or stiffness. However, a lack of movement can exacerbate these issues. This program reintroduces movement in a safe and empowering manner, enabling participants to remain mobile, independent, and mentally engaged.
