👋 Hi, I’m Farryl — founder and physiotherapist at MindEase Physio.

I started this practice because I noticed something missing in mainstream physio:

🔹 People were getting treatment for their bodies… but no one was helping them feel safe in their nervous system.
🔹 Pain was returning, flaring, moving — often without clear cause.
🔹 So many were told, “It’s just in your head” — and left feeling dismissed.

At MindEase, we do things differently.
I integrate hands-on physio, movement, and nervous system regulation to help your body truly relax, release, and heal.
