My passion is health. Over the years I have learnt that there is not one aspect of health that is more important than the other and in order to achieve complete wellness the entire being of body and mind should be considered. Through my experience of working as a Personal Trainer, struggling with my own weight loss battle and discovering the importance of emotional healing over the years, my practice and approach to treating nutrition and diet related issues has a holistic approach that encompasses all forms of wellness.

The Nusta Karpay are Quecha words meaning Goddess Initiations. The Nustas are the 7 Andean Nature Goddesses, the priestesses, the princess archetypes of the mountains (Apus) and waters along the highlands of Peru and Bolivia that are passed on through the Incan Shamanic Tradition.

Hearing the cry of Pachamama to heal her wounds and imbalances, the Nusta Karpay offered their sacred Medicine to the people that were deeply connected to the sacredness of the land. The wounds and imbalances held within Pachamama are reflected in our own wounds and the disharmony we experience within our inner selves, and the overall wounds and imbalances experienced within humanity as the collective consciousness. The Q’ero medicine men and women understood that the surest way to bring harmony and balance back to Pachamama, and to bring the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine into right relationship with Mother Earth was by gifting these ancient rites to the people, thereby re-introducing and elevating the Divine Feminine to her rightful place within men and women.

This is a mystical and magical journey of shedding away the old, moving through a deep deconditioning and deepening your connection to the Divine Feminine energy within you while enhancing your connection to mother nature.

Through my personal journey with the Nusta Karpay over the past 3 years, their beautiful, ancient Dragon elders have become an integral part of these Rites and take your transformation to a depth beyond imagination.

This year I will be offering the 8-month Nusta Karpay journey in a supportive group setting that will be held online, in the comfort of your home. Each month you will receive the Rite of the Andean Goddess together with the initiation from Her Dragon and journey through the month, integrating and exploring yourself in relation to this potent Medicine. This incredible journey is one of death and rebirth, offering you the many gifts that are hidden within your Soul. It is time to awaken.

We will gather live online every New Moon in ceremonial space, from March to October, planting the Sacred Seeds of these Rites within your luminous energy field, so you may grow and blossom into your most sacred potential. Within each ceremony we will perform the devoted rituals to honour each Nusta, Her Dragon and the gifts they will be pouring into your life. There will also be a Medicine Session offered to each of you from the Nusta Karpay Dragons to support your opening and sacred awakening.

This online journey with the Nusta Karpay and their Dragons includes:

🌿A monthly ceremony on New Moon to transmute the old and receive the initiatory Rite from the Nusta and Her Dragon.
🌿You will receive a Nusta Karpay kit at the start of your journey that includes the Nusta Khuyas (stones) and the 3 different candles representing the 3 Shamanic worlds you'll be walking through each month.
🌿This journey will include 2 x 1 hour sessions with me during the 8-months to offer support, cleansing, realignment, and a space to be deeply held.
🌿Following each ceremony a PDF will be sent out with the information on each Nusta and Her Dragon.
🌿Each month you'll receive a recorded meditation for the Nusta Rite you will be integrating for 21 days.

EARTHKEEPER'S RETREAT

This beautiful one day retreat will be held on the 16th of December 2021 as a mystical, dream filled way to make the transition from this year into 2022.

The foundation of this retreat will be a Sacred Medicine Walk; a time to listen, witness, dream, and learn from Mother Nature as a powerful mirror to our own internal landscape.
This journey will include other Sacred ceremonial practices together with a Sacred offering of Healing to our Grandmother Earth.

The Medicine Walk can be seen as a "mini Vision Quest," allowing us the space, support, and nourishment to dream ourselves into being, and dream a beautiful new dream for our planet. It's time we all started contributing to the sacred Dreamweave of our home 🌱🌍

Today we sat with our grandmothers and ancestral lineage in a ceremony to celebrate the pregnancy and birthing of two special babies..
This was a beautiful way to honour the sacredness of pregnancy, celebrate the arrival of new life and to honour the Ancient Ones that dreamt us into being.

A look into the Dragon Heart Fire Ceremony that was held over the Autumn Equinox this past weekend 🌿🔥🐉🍂❤.
As I reflected upon this beautiful ceremony I was reminded of the mystical and magical way in which Spirit shows up for us, not often in the way we expect but always in a way that far exceeds our imagination. Sitting with a grateful heart for all who showed up for this sacred evening and the courage and vulnerability that was present within each and every heart 🐉🌟🌿.
We worked with a beautiful story from IxCacao and the sacred animal teachers the vulture, the whale, the moth and the bison. All guides and wisdom keepers that offered us the gifts of receptivity, abundance and openness 🔥🐉
And of course, a sacred activation and initiation from the Dragons.
Gathering in ceremony is the most beautiful gift of healing, support and nourishment ❤.

In January I experienced the loss of a client that I had been working very deeply with for 18 months, he had Lou Gehrig's disease or more commonly known as ALS, and he was in the very late stages of the illness when we met..
Therrerwas so much him and I shared in these sessions it's impossible to put into words but one thing was for sure, during his traumatic journey growing up and moving into adulthood he didn't have a space to share how he felt and what feelings he hid deep within his body. There were many instances during our sessions he shared feelings and emotions he had never had the space and soft container in which to express before..
Upon his passing, Mama Cacao has called to me repeatedly that there are many men out there that feel similar and their hearts are searching for a soft place to be able to open, share, express and be heard. .
This Sacred Men's Circle is a special space for men to be held by the Divine Feminine medicine of Mama Cacao, a space that is gentle, welcoming, nurturing and supports the opening of the heart and body to all that needs to be heard, voiced, expressed and loved. .
As many women are healing old wounding and societal toxicity within their masculine and feminine energies, it is time for men to be held deeply to do the same. Mama Cacao is calling to the men and asking them to come sit with Her around Her fire🔥🌿 and be supported, be nurtured, be heard, be seen and to begin the journey of deep healing and the transformation of their conscious awareness. .
There is a special need for the sacred men around us to have a space to express their hearts feelings in a container of pure acceptance, deep understanding and Divine Love. .

It was a magical experience sharing the Nusta Karpay integration ceremony yesterday and to celebrate the journey and Medicine Walk with the Nusta Kuna and their Dragons. What a special honour it has been walking beside you ❤🔥.

During my Dragon retreat in October 2020, IxCacao initiated me and I had no idea what the Sacred Mother had planned..
But this was it! The Sacredness of Ceremonial Cacao is a very special journey to begin learning to dance in partnership with this beautiful plant teacher in a way that deeply honours the sacredness that is Mama IxCacao ❤🌿🐉.
This isn't a course, training, facilitation or programme. This is a Medicine Walk, allowing Mama Cacao to take your hand and guide you through a path of rebirth, beauty, alchemy, dragon healing, personal empowerment and the embodiment of your Soul's Divine gifts and Medicine 🐉🔥🌿.
My journey with this sacred plant medicine over the past 2 years has been nothing short of magical, mind blowing and deeply transformative. After the initiation with IxCacao I wasn't sure this was something I felt capable of doing yet She simply looked at me as said, "Why do you think I have called and chosen you?" 🐉🌌❤.

🐘💩 Elephant Dung Smudge🐘💩.

Smudging is the practice of burning dried herbs, flowers and medicine plants, using the smoke to shift and clear energy, as a way to bless and prayer, as a way to make offerings and call to the Ancient Ones, to connect to the nature elements of fire and air or as a way to set intentions 🔥🌬.
I have been using the dung of elephant and hippo as a smudge for a few months now and they bring such beautiful shifts and magic 🌟🌿.
Being the dung of herbivores it's dried herbs, plants, grasses, leaves, roots and shrubs from the African bushveld that has the Medicine and Spirit of those animals it has passed through, all wrapped up in a bundle 💩.
Today I used the elephant dung smudge to bring in the Medicine and teachings of the beautiful African elephant 😍 to support me in bringing through something new and keeping me solid and grounded 🌿💛.

Elephant teaches us a few things:
🌿to move through obstacles with ease and grace
🌿to remember where we have come from and use that as wisdom to go forward
🌿to write new stories for your Destiny
🌿to have dignity and move through life with integrity
🌿to improve the relationship with the Divine Feminine
🌿to be strong, focused and to stand in your personal truth
🌿to trust your senses
🌿to turn knowledge into embodied wisdom
🌿to stay strong, committed and dedicated to our path.

At the beginning of the year I was present for the euthanasia of a special dog. And in that process I saw a huge energetic gap, a hole, in the process of the life-death-rebirth cycle for our animals and sacred pets..
It was gifted to me from the Dragons to offer this unique shamanic ceremony to complete this energetic cycle for your pet, to offer their soul graceful release from this plane and most importantly to create a space where your grief may be softly held 💛.
This Rite is a space to offer completion and peace for you and your pet through this transition, a place to be soft and graceful in their honouring and to move through grief and guilt into pure love 🐾.
