I officially open for business on the 14th of January 2019.

One on one training and group training available. Training is done in the comfort of your own home, all equipment is provided.

Qualifications:
Diploma in exercise/ advanced personal training. (HFPA)
Pilates mat work (HFPA)
Pre and post natal Training (HFPA)
Youth exercise specialist (NASM)

12 years experience in the fitness industry.
