When I was younger I competed in many national and a few international events as a judoko, because of this I have a rather arthritic body. In 2008 I needed a knee replacement but I hade to Waite 6 months due to cortisone injections in my knee .so I made my self a knee brace designed to take the pressure of my injured part of my knee .I still haven't hade surgery I only use the brace while I am in gym and ow I can do almost anything. My freand hade a prosthesis made in Europe it did not fit and it hurt him he came to South Africa,my team and I made him a prosthesis and he is now walking comfortably and pain free
