I have clients who talk about a deep sense of tiredness, that no matter how much sleep they get, they still wake up feeling exhausted. Fatigue that cannot be satisfied with sleep is not a physical tiredness, but rather an emotional tiredness or depletion. Emotional fatigue requires a different type of rest: self-care, hobbies, downtime, self-reflection, journaling, mindfulness and meditation are a few tools that you can use to help you emotionally rest.

Please note that all Ashton Hayley Robertson Clinical Psychologist's page members/followers need to be informed of the POPI Act.

The purpose of this Act to is protect personal information, to strike a balance between the right to privacy and the need for the free flow of, and access to information, and to regulate how personal information is processed.
